All Morton Plant Mease Primary Care physician office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm; however some offices have expanded hours beginning at 7:30am and may remain open until 6pm.  Please click on a specific location for their office hours. 

Phone calls are answered by the office during regular office hours and are handled appropriately based on urgent and non-urgent needs.  Patient calls for urgent medical advice during regular business hours are handled in an expedited manner by a clinical team member and/or the physician.  

Patient calls after hours are addressed by the offices’ answering service.  The answering service conveys messages regarding patient care directly to the physician on call, and an MPMPC physician then returns the message to the patient via telephone within 30 minutes.   

There are additional options for communication with your physician and physician’s office, as well as seeking after-hours care. 
WebView Patient Portal is a web-based tool in which patients can request medication refills, request appointments and also ask basic questions to your primary care physician in a HIPAA-compliant, secure mode of communication.  Ask your primary care physician’s office about how to get set up for WebView.

Baycare Urgent Care Centers are a great alternative when your primary care provider is not available.  Board certified physicians provide walk-in urgent care 7 days a week to patients of all ages.  If follow-up is needed, they will coordinate your care with your regular primary care physician.  There are several BayCare Urgent Care Centers trhoughout the Tampa Bay area.  Click
